Busy Franchisee

Our client doesn’t want to employ an in-house bookkeeper, but he still wants regular management accounts (we already manage his payroll). He gives us all the necessary information that we ask for every month and we do the rest. He is free to grow his business. We are often called up to answer quick, technical questions (“what’s a tax efficient incentive scheme for my employees?”), which we do not charge for – it helps maintain the relationship and often saves us time in the long run.
